UMSOM Optional Summer Activities
If you have a UM Scholar studying under the mentorship of a faculty member at the School of Medicine, School of Nursing, School of Pharmacy, or at the Maryland Department of Health, you’ll receive an email from the Office of Student Research(OSR) at the University of Maryland, School of Medicine (UMSOM). Students will be invited to the following events:
- Orientation – May 26
- Mid-Summer Retreat – June 25
- End-of-Summer Forum – July 23 or 24
- Participation is optional and flexible based on your project needs.
