About
M-CERSI is a collaborative partnership between UMB and UMCP, funded by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The center unites researchers from both campuses with FDA scientists to develop new tools, standards, and approaches for assessing FDA-regulated products.
M-CERSI also offers a Master of Science in Regulatory Science, providing advanced training for professionals in drug and device regulation.
M-CERSI, the nation’s oldest and one of only five FDA-funded CERSIs nationwide, continues to lead innovation in regulatory science, benefiting patients and strengthening Maryland’s life sciences ecosystem.
